Return / Exchange Policy

Every flag we make is crafted with care, and we strive to provide clear photography & accurate details about every flag on our store.

Due to the custom, individually made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after your flag has entered production, which usually begins within 48 hours after your order is placed.

With that said, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please email us at service@porchdrawn.com.

While we're unable to offer any returns or exchanges on "personalized" flags/banners (any design with custom text), pre-designed flags may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they're in unused condition and returned in the original packaging (customer pays return shipping). Email us at the address above with your order# to get started.
