What are Porchdrawn Flags?
Our flags fit into a category all their own. We use heavyweight, 100% cotton duck cloth canvas, appropriately named for its tight weave, durable construction & natural water resistance (before synthetic fabrics, this was the go-to material for tents).
Pair that with rust-proof grommets, non-toxic inks and an extra layer of all-natural water-resistance, and you get a flag built to be used anywhere. Whether its filling a blank space in your home, porch, garden, or anything inbetween, Porchdrawn flags fit wherever natural, vintage or handmade art is appreciated.

What are the Care Instructions?
Thanks to every Porchdrawn flags durable construction and the natural strength of our thicker duck canvas, your flag shouldn't need much care over its lifetime!

Can I Use My Flag Outdoors?
Yes! In fact, its what makes Porchdrawn flags so special: whether you're hanging it in your home, on your porch, or out in the garden, Porchdrawn flags are built for it.
Since our flags use all-natural materials, the appearance will change over time when used outside.

Will I receive a Proof of my Personalized Flag Before You Make it?
Unless we're double-checking a typo or other concern about your custom text, we do not provide proofs for your flag design. Instead, we attempt to show a wide range of flags using our design template on each product page to help you imagine what your custom flag will look like, and providing proofs would simply delay your flag production / result in later delivery times.
With that said, if you'd prefer seeing a proof of your order before production begins, email us your order # as soon as you place it, and we'll be happy to provide one. Once your proof is emailed, you will have 24 hours to review before production begins.
Whats Your Return / Exchange Policy?
Due to the custom, individually made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after your flag has entered production, which usually begins within 48 hours after your order is placed.
With that said, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please email us at service@porchdrawn.com.
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Flag?
Every Porchdrawn flag is made-to-order, so we are unable to ship your product right away (as soon as your order is placed, its placed in our production queue).
While we strive to ship your flag as soon as possible and most flags are shipped early, we provide a 1-2 week estimate from the date you order your flag for when its finished and ready to be shipped. You'll be notified with a tracking number as soon as it is.
Once your order is shipped, it typically arrives within 2-5 days for domestic addresses. International shipping times are handled on a case-by-case basis.
